Step 3: Building Resilience and Managing Stress — Learn practical strategies to steady your emotions, care for yourself, and prevent burnout.
Step 4: Understanding Dementia and Alzheimer's — Gain clear, compassionate knowledge about dementia and its stages, so you can navigate what’s ahead with more confidence.

🌿 Part 2: The Stages and Shifts

Step 5: Mild Stage of Alzheimer’s — Understand early changes and discover meaningful ways to stay emotionally and relationally connected.
Step 6: Middle Stage of Alzheimer’s — Prepare for shifts in behavior and communication. Learn how to support your loved one while managing your own needs.
Step 7: Late Stage of Alzheimer’s — Focus on presence, comfort, and honoring your connection—while also tending to your own emotional wellbeing.
Step 8: Process and Reflect — Pause to integrate everything you’ve learned. Acknowledge your growth and make space for your emotions.
